Please make sure to take good care of your badge!
Badges are required to receive any benefits.
If your issued badge is lost or damaged, a reissuance fee of KRW 10,000 will apply.
We recommend using mobile badges, as they do not require reissuance.

Cancellations must be made by June 17th (TUE) before 6pm KST (GMT+9).To request a cancellation, please use your PayPal account and ensure you contact badge@bifan.kr to initiate the cancellation and process the refund.
¡Ø If the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to BIFAN, a full refund will be provided.

To cancel your badge, please email the person in charge at badge@bifan.kr by June 17 (TUE) before 6pm KST (GMT+9).

You can pick up your badge at the Badge Desk. Please check the desk’s operating hours and location.

Payments can be made via credit card through PayPal on Eventival.

Your application will be approved by the festival after reviewing the attached supporting documents.
You will be notified of approval status within 3 business days after submitting the application.
If your application is approved, we will send a confirmation email linked to the Registration Payment page.

• A certificate of employment issued within the last three months (Note: Business cards are not acceptable.)
• If the applicant works as a freelancer, they must submit proof of activity for the past three months from the time of application (e.g., KMDB link, Captured image of ending credits).
• If the applicant is a researcher, they must submit supporting documents such as proof of academic society membership or academic publications from the past five years.

• A certificate of employment issued within the last three months (Note: Business cards are not acceptable.)
• Verification of Film Investment, Production, Importation, and Distribution History (e.g., KOBIS, KMDB link, Captured image of ending credits)

• Please submit a full-color original copy of a ‘Certificate of Enrollment’ (ÀçÇÐÁõ¸í¼­), or a ‘Certificate of Leave of Absence’ (ÈÞÇÐÁõ¸í¼­) if currently taking a break from school, issued within the past month. (Note: Student IDs are not acceptable.)
• Provide proof of extracurricular activities related to film, which may include filmmaking, scriptwriting, and other relevant areas.

The registered information is managed within the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and is not used for any other purpose than the use of data related to the film festival.

The photo that you submit will be used for identification purposes during the festival.
Please ensure that the photo meets the following guidelines:
¨ç Format : JPG(JPEG)
¨è Name : Full name of the applicant
¨é Size : 400*500 pixels and at least 300 dpi
¨ê Basics
   - The photo must be taken in color.
   - Your photo must be a clear image of ONLY you (not blurry, grainy, of fuzzy) against a plain background.
   - The photo must be a full face-and-shoulder shot, squarely facing the camera.
   - Your photo cannot be enhanced in any way (e.g. no lenses, filters, text, emoji, stickers, etc.)
   - All accessories that cover your face are not allowed. (e.g. hats, headphoes, and SUNglasses, etc.)
   - If you wear a head covering daily for religious reasons, adjust it to provide a full-face view.

- The B.I.G badge, issued until 2023, has been integrated into the BIFAN+ badge starting in 2024.
